It follows the adventures of the four main characters of the show; Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny.
In this episode, Cartman lays down a challenge to build the fastest red race car in town.
He then attempts to recruit Stan, Kyle and Kenny to help him build the car, but they all refuse.
Cartman then turns to people around town who build their own race cars as part of a local league.
After recruiting them, Cartman sets out to prove that his red race car is the fastest in town.
He soon finds out that his race car is not as fast as he thought it would be.
With the help of his new friends, he manages to make some modifications which makes the car faster.

He then competes against the other racers and emerges as the winner.
This episode lesson is that hard work pays off. It also teaches us to not underestimate our abilities and to always try our best.
