New footage that appears to show Russian soldiers beheading a Ukrainian prisoner of war is “not an isolated incident,” according to UN observers.

Zelensky saiid Russian soldiers, also known as Russian servicemen or military personnel, are individuals who serve in the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
